In order to supplement my internship experience, Mr. Eskew provided me the chance to shadow with Mr. Dustin Cox, who works as the office manager at both Wellspring Primary Care and Traveler's Rest Internal Medicine. This opportunity awarded me insight into the daily routine of a healthcare administrator who is beginning their career. This is my reflection on the invaluable experience.
