Eta Sigma Gamma

• Eta Sigma Gamma is a national health honorary that aims to promote wellness on campus and to prepare members for the professional field through education on ethics, academics, and networking. I have been a member since 2014, and am honored to have been elected to serve as the President of Clemson's charter for the 2015-2016 academic year. My involvement in this organization has given me the opportunity to expand my knowledge and skills in the healthcare realm. I look forward to carrying these attributes with me into my professional career.

Clemson Athletic Academic Services

• As a health-science tutor for Clemson's renowned Athletic Department, I have been able to assist student-athletes who have a passion to learn but struggle to balance their workload on and off the field. Through this experience, I have learned new communication methods, developed individually tailored strategies for learning and study skills, gained patience, and most importantly, upheld the integrity standards set by Clemson and the NCAA alike.

IHI Open School

• The Institute for Healthcare Improvement Open School is a unique organization that educates and informs students on current healthcare trends such as equity, improvement, system design, leadership, and communication. Additionally, the Open School has a plethora of online courses that teach these key foundations to being successful in the industry. Having been an active member in Clemson's charter since 2012, I have completed many of these certification courses and gained invaluable knowledge doing so.
